I went in last week to pick up my car, and while the staff were polite, they seemed rushed the whole time. I had a couple of questions, but I didn’t feel like they had much time to really help. I got my car back without any issues, so that was fine, but overall it was just an average experience

Pickup was so simple, which was a huge relief. I showed up, handed over my license and card, and the guy at the desk had everything ready really fast. The car was already outside, and he walked me around it before I left. It wasn’t anything fancy, just smooth, easy, and straightforward, and I really appreciated that. I think I was done in about 10 minutes total.

Rented a car for the weekend and it was fine overall. I was expecting something a bit newer, so the scratches and slightly worn interior stood out at first. That said, it was clean enough, drove well, and got us where we needed to go without any issues.

I thought I understood the rental policy before I showed up, but when I got there the rules seemed to change?? It was confusing and made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be.

I rented from Rent-A-Wreck mainly because the price was better than the bigger rental companies. For what I needed, it seemed like the cheapest option, so I figured I’d give it a shot.

The car definitely looked like it had been around for a while, with some dents and an interior that could’ve used a better cleaning. It drove fine and got me through the weekend, but the pickup process was frustrating. I had to wait longer than I expected, and after traveling, that was the last thing I wanted to deal with.

Overall, it’s not a bad deal if you just need basic transportation and don’t care much about how the car looks. I might rent from them again, but only if the price is noticeably cheaper than everywhere else.

The drop-off ended up being just as frustrating. I’m sure it might be fine if you live close by, but for me the location made the whole rental feel like way more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I rented from Rent-A-Wreck everything went smoothly. They explained the insurance options in a way that was easy enough to understand, no confusing upsell or anything. The deposit hold was also exactly what they said it would be, which I appreciated. It did take a couple days to fall off my card, not ideal, but not a big deal either. Overall, good experience
